Hi Connie,
I am sure after the nasty Shopping Cart Disco thing, yI understand that you may feel like making even bigger photos than ever, but now your photo doesn't fit my screen either vertically or horizontally - making it hard to appreciate it at all.
If you don't want to make two versions - you can also specify the size of the display photo so it's small enough to fit on the screen and be seen as a whole and not only in part.
The thing is - when it's this big - it's impossible to see the whole photo in one screen, so it's impossible for me to see it as you intend it. I can see the top left or the bottom right, but never all of it at once.
That means I can nover really appreciate how you frame the photo - the composition is compromised by its size.
Hi, your photos are beautiful but they are too big for my screen. :( (in both ways)
I'd also like to be able to see them as you intend it as Cajsa wrote.
I can only see a part of it at a time.
I have to agree with casja and Ella- I'm on a 21" monitor and my browser is maximized, and many of the pictures are STILL cut off. I feel for people on laptops that can only see a quarter of the picture at a time.
Flickr serves up your photos in several sizes. I'd recommend nothing more than a 512 wide photo with a link to the full size photo hosted on Flickr for the folks with resolutions/monitor sizes that can handle it.
Oops, sent a reply to cajsalilliehook and it's not come up here. What can I say, I'm not a big "blogger" as such.
Anyway, thanks for the feedback. Will take all that into consideration with my pics from here on.
Thanks a lot for looking,I appreciate it.
Connie
Hey Connie,
I agree with the other comments about your picture scale, it is obtrusive and seems to me more of a passive agressive move at this point now that the situation has been brought to your attention on more than one occassion.
I am also kinda weirded out that you refer to yourself, and yourself as your own model as if you were 2 distinct persons when infact you are both, it is one avatar... regardless of flickr nickname. What the *bleep* is that about?
